Join me, Empress Prisca, the wife of Emperor Diocletian, on a tour through the Palace.

We’ll walk through the main streets, Cardo and Decumanus, and stop and admire the main square, the Peristyle.

Further on, we’ll visit the imperial apartment, then pass through the Vestibule, and after to Cryptoporticus, and to Triclinium. I’ll tell you our story of love and beyond. You’ll hear the story about the Palace, why it was built, and why I did not choose the colour and motifs of the mosaics. By a twist of fate or thanks to the greatest persecutor of Christians, the Palace is now included in the UNESCO list of protected heritage. I’ll tell you which gossips are true and the hidden secrets. We’ll compare life in my time and today. You may be curious to know how the Palace and the Roman heritage have influenced the lives of the current inhabitants.
