Salona Amphitheater | Roman Arena Near Split

With the expert guidance of the interpreter, take a peek into the monumental ancient amphitheater and step back in past time. Enter the arena through the entrance that gladiators once used to enter and feel what it was like to be in the center of the arena. Additional information:

The walk begins above the amphitheater in Salona, just beside the information board, and then continues down the stairs into the corridor that leads us to one of the main  entrances to the arena. We enter the arena and walk around the amphitheater.

Accessibility: The tour can be adapted for people with reduced mobility after prior notice and agreement.
